The images can only be used on the terms of this agreement. If you use the Fisher & Paykel ImageBank you agree to be bound by this Agreement. By this Agreement Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited licenses you to use the Fisher & Paykel ImageBank in accordance with its terms.
The Fisher & Paykel ImageBank allows authorized users the use of visual images and other relevant information to be used in the correct medium within the correct specifications and criteria.
The image(s) you download have been supplied, by Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited, for use within New Zealand and overseas. Overseas users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
By downloading the image(s) you agree:That you have been authorised to use these image(s) and that the manipulation or retouching of these images is not permitted unless specifically authorised.

Under no circumstances will Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited (or any related company) be liable for any general, special, direct or indirect damages, or losses punitive or exemplary damages, economic loss, loss of profit or the diminution in the value of any asset resulting from use of the Fisher & Paykel ImageBank.
Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited will endeavour to update all images and relevant information and assist if requested but accepts no responsibility for usage and output as well as any missing, incorrect, out-of-date images or information.

On any such termination, you will cease to use any of the licenced images or data or related material. Upon termination your licence to use is revoked and you will be denied access to the Internet site.
It is our policy to maintain your privacy when you visit this site. When you provide information, your details will remain confidential and will not be passed onto any other party but will be held by Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited for the following purpose:
